Jesus is coming again, soon.  For believers, the truly born again, this is our Blessed Hope!  Jesus is going to rescue us from this body of sin, and for some of us even from death itself!  And He wants us to be excited!  So much so, that just for being excited, we get a special reward.

Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.  (2 Timothy 4:8 ESV)

The book of Revelation is meant to REVEAL, not conceal.  It’s challenging to understand at times, yes, but God has hidden keys throughout the whole body of Scripture that unlock meaning.  It’s the most amazing and beautiful puzzle which ties together the entire revelation of God to humanity.

When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.  (John 16:13 ESV)

What I post here is my best understanding from Scripture, but it is a human understanding, and thus will be flawed in some points.  I am continually pleading with God for truth and clarity, and will update posts as my understanding improves.  I urge you to search the Scripture for yourself to see if these things are so, praying for wisdom and understanding!

Blood (Red) Moon Pretribulation Rapture:

The blood moon is a major key in Biblical Prophecy.  You probably already know this.  What you may not know, is that “blood moons” (plural) and “blood moon tetrads” are NOT scriptural.  There is one and only one prophetic “blood moon” mentioned in the Bible, and it most certainly has not occurred yet.  I believe that the rapture of the church will occur in conjunction with the singular upcoming blood moon sign!  So let’s study it in depth!

God’s Appointments – The Biblical Feasts

God set appointed times on His calendar from the beginning of creation.  Genesis 1:14 declares “And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years”.  (ESV)  The sacred times, or seasons, are the fixed or appointed times when God would meet with His people.  These appointed times are illustrative pictures for humanity of God’s redemption plan.  Let’s examine them together!

The Bible is infallible.  I am not.  I am merely challenging traditional models and testing them against Scripture.  I believe that traditional pretribulation teachings provide a solid backbone upon which to lay the musculature of details, some of which I think might need to be adjusted slightly.  I encourage you to consider my thoughts as you also examine the scriptures to see if these things are so!
